Completion and Handover
The Almazen Residence project began in January 2022 with the initial construction and design phase. During this period, the focus was on project inception and comprehensive planning to ensure a solid foundation for the entire development. Architectural plans and design renderings for Block 1, Block 2, and Block 3 were carefully finalized and approved. By April 2022, site preparation and foundation work commenced simultaneously for all blocks, setting the stage for the major construction efforts to follow.
From November 2022 through June 2023, the project entered the major construction phase. This period was marked by significant progress in the structural framework and overall construction of all blocks. Concurrently, design refinement and the finalization of detailed interior design plans were carried out to align with the project's high standards. Exterior and interior construction advanced steadily, with each block taking shape as planned, ensuring a seamless transition into the next phase.
The final phase of the project, spanning from July 2023 to Dec 2024, focused on the completion and handover of the Almazen Residence. During this time, rigorous final inspections and quality assurance checks were conducted to guarantee that every aspect of the construction met the highest standards. Landscaping and the completion of outdoor amenities added the finishing touches to the project, enhancing the living environment for future residents. By May 2024, units in Block A, Block B, and Block C were handed over to new residents, and by July 2024, all blocks were fully occupied, marking the successful conclusion of the Almazen Residence development.
